Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide a fulfilling and practical learning experience for every learner. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for refunds, cancellations, and course changes for all our online learning programs.
1. General Policy
All enrollments made on DeepVive Education are considered final and non-refundable, except in specific cases outlined below. Before enrolling, please carefully review the course description, duration, and prerequisites to ensure it fits your learning goals.
2. Course Enrollment Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
a. Course Cancellation by DeepVive Education
If a course or webinar is canceled, postponed indefinitely, or removed from the platform due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:
- A full refund of the course fee, or
- The option to transfer your enrollment to another course of equal value.
b. Duplicate Payment
If you are charged twice for the same course due to a technical or payment gateway error, the duplicate transaction will be fully refunded to the same payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.
c. Payment Failure or Incomplete Transaction
In case of failed transactions with funds deducted from your account but not reflected on the platform, please email us at deepviveeducation@gmail.com with payment proof. After validation from our payment partner, the amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If you have already accessed or started the course content.
- If you miss live webinars or scheduled sessions after enrolling.
- If you fail to meet course requirements or submission deadlines.
- If you are dissatisfied due to personal expectations, learning style, or subjective experience.
- If you purchase study materials or exam vouchers separately.
- If your account is terminated for violation of the Terms & Conditions or Code of Conduct.
4. Course Transfers or Replacements
- You may request to transfer your enrollment to another batch or course only before course access begins, subject to seat availability and approval by DeepVive Education.
- Course transfers may involve additional fees if the new course price is higher.
- Once a course has started, transfers will not be allowed.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.) within 7–10 working days after confirmation.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
6. Live Webinar Registrations
Fees for live webinars or one-time sessions are non-refundable under all circumstances, including no-shows or connectivity issues from the participant’s side. However, if DeepVive Education cancels or reschedules the session, you will receive a full refund or the option to attend another batch.
7. Subscription Plans (if applicable)
- Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but refunds will not be issued for partial or unused months.
- Access to all courses will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
8. Certification Exam Fees
If you purchase certification exam vouchers (AWS, Azure, PMP, etc.) through DeepVive Education, these are governed by the respective certification body's refund and rescheduling policies. We do not provide refunds for exam fees once purchased.
9. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at deepviveeducation@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your full name and registered email address
- Course name and enrollment date
- Payment receipt or transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
We will review your request within 3-5 business days and respond accordingly.
10. Changes to This Policy
DEEPVIVE EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
